The FerMonster fermenter is a brand - new design tailored for fermentation. Its large lid simplifies filling and adding hops or oak. These fermenters are ported but do not come with a spigot. We recommend the FE347 plastic spigot. They are air - tight, with lids sealed by an O - Ring. Additional O - Rings and lids, both with and without holes, are available for purchase.
